In August 2017 the doors opened to UNN – a unique dining experience for eight in a secluded room at the restaurant TAK in Stockholm. The idea behind UNN:s graphic profile is based on the most central part of the restaurant: the teppanyaki.

Communication concept for the circular beer ECHO, the result of Fotografiska and Nya Carnegiebryggeriets new collaboration. Leftover sourdough bread from Fotografiska's restaurant and café will be used in brewing a circular beer. Waste from the beer production will then in turn be reused for making bread at Fotografiska.
